  3. Perform a market analysis to determine an accurate sales price
  4. Prepare an offer in a manner that protects your interests
  5. Present the offer to the seller and/or his agent
  6. Negotiate the terms
  7. Provide a list of qualified, thorough, and licensed inspectors to discover deficiencies with the property
  8. Prepare repair amendments, and meet with various inspectors and contractors at the property prior to closing to insure repairs are made properly
  9. Discuss loan programs available to you, and assist you to obtain financing, if requested.
  10. Review documents at closing to insure they are correct, and that you are not paying for things that were not previously agreed to in the contact.

 

How much does this service cost?
