We are growing rapidly and currently have positions in two fields:  

  Loan Officer

A good loan officer must be exceptionally organized, attentive to detail, and able to quickly learn, and be conversant on the many different loan programs available to our clients.  Diligence to meet deadlines is of utmost importance.   
 
Knowledge of our origination software, Calyx Point is helpful.  Any new hires without this knowledge will be required to attend software training. While we prefer experienced loan officers, we would be willing to train the right candidate.

A degree in a business related field is preferred, and the candidate needs have previous work experiences that demonstrate a high level of competence to handle the responsibilities this job requires. New hires will be assisted in obtaining a Loan Officer license required by the State of Texas.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to communicate and establish relationships with both businesses and individuals.  Awareness of the local economy, neighborhoods, and an active involvement in the community are all qualities crucial for the success of a real estate agent. 

We are aggressively seeking Sales Agents that have a track record for success. Additionally, the candidate should be comfortable with a variety of computer applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, as well as graphic applications.

An associate may choose to become licensed and practice both the duties of Loan Officer, and Sales Agent with Dallas Online Realty.  We have found that this additional level of involvement with our clients drastically improves the level of service they receive.
