About the Multiple Listing Service [MLS]

It is THE list of properties for sale in the market.  Because it is the first resource agents and brokers use to sell properties, it is also the first resource they use to find properties, making it the greatest, and most commonly used database available to find buyers. 

Sign and Marketing Brochures

This professionally designed sign will be placed in your yard within two days of our agreement to list your property.  We will also give you information sheets, that features a picture of your home which can be copied and placed inside a tube for  interested buyers. 

Place a Key Box on  your Property

The key box is an effective showing tool that allows your home to be shown by licensed real-estate professionals when it is not convenient for you to be home.  There will be a record of every visit, insuring security and responsibility of your possessions.  While we recommend using the key box, it is entirely up to you whether or not we place it on your home. 

Take Care of Paperwork

Selling your home is complicated enough, without having to keep up with all the documents required to do so.  You can feel confident that copies of all offers, counter-offers, title commitments, surveys, inspections, seller-disclosure notices, marketing materials, approval letters, settlement statements, etc. will be a phone call away should you need them.
